The Road Ahead

So, on with the first post. This is my second attempt at self hosted blogging, the first was a bit of a disaster as my server kept crashing and I could never figure out why. I put it down to running lots of apps on a 4gb Raspberry Pi and there not being enough RAM to host them all, which may have been a good thing as my direction went into Bitcoin and the banking system, when the aim was to keep it light. I don't have a direction yet and don't want to tie myself down to one either.

The blog itself is hosted on a Raspberry Pi and with only 4gb of RAM again but this time it is stand alone so I'm hoping there won't be the issues I had last time I tried. If you do see any errors when visiting, try again later as I don't always have access to my server.

The aim of my new blog is to put a few thoughts down of my own, like a diary for myself that I don't mind other people reading. Hopefully my writing skills will improve over time too. I have access to AI, but want to limit this to checking my punctuation and to stop me waffling or repeating myself, repeating myself.

Some posts will be longer than others depending on my mood. Some may be topical to that day or week and some might just be something which has struck a chord that day and made me smile, hopefully they will do the same for you.
